Emoline is a private mood journal. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the service and the choices available to you.
What Emoline stores
We store your account email, chosen theme, daily mood, journal sentence, entry date, time, and timezone so Emoline can provide your private journal and history.
How we use your information
We use this information only to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Emoline. We do not sell your journal entries or use them for advertising.
Service providers
Emoline uses Supabase for authentication and database services and may use hosting, monitoring, and platform providers needed to operate the application. We do not sell your journal entries or share them for advertising.
Security
Your entries are protected by account-based access controls and encrypted network connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your password private and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Retention and deletion
Your information is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual memories in the app or request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from Settings or through our account deletion page. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Children
Emoline is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as Emoline changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
