Delete your account
Deleting your Emoline account permanently removes the account and its associated journal memories.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to Emoline.
- Open Settings.
- Select “Delete account.”
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@emoline.app from the same email address used for your Emoline account and write “Delete my Emoline account” in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Your authentication account, saved mood entries, journal sentences, and associated preferences are deleted. Limited security or legal records may be retained only when required by law or necessary to prevent abuse.
Individual memories
You may delete an individual memory without deleting your whole account by opening that memory in the app and selecting “Delete memory.”
